Anaplan Senior Consultant

We are supporting a growing specialist consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant with strong experience across Anaplan, Financial Consolidation and Reporting, and FP&A.This is a senior, client-facing consulting role where you will take ownership of technical solution design, lead complex client engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to finance and accounting stakeholders. You will be working across connected planning, financial consolidation, reporting and wider performance management projects for a varied client base.What you’ll be doingLeading end-to-end solution design across client engagements, from discovery and design through to build, delivery and adoptionWorking closely with senior finance, FP&A and controllership stakeholders to understand requirements and shape the right solutionDelivering solutions across financial consolidation, reporting, FP&A and connected planning use casesAdvising clients on technical design, process improvement and best-practice deliverySupporting the integration of Anaplan, FCR applications and wider enterprise systems into scalable planning and reporting solutionsRunning workshops, managing project risks, and helping clients make clear decisions across complex finance transformation projectsCoaching and supporting junior consultants, helping to maintain high delivery standardsWhat we’re looking forProven consulting experience delivering complex finance systems or EPM solutions in client-facing environmentsStrong experience across FP&A, financial consolidation and reportingHands-on experience with Anaplan FCR, or similar consolidation and planning technologies Ability to own technical solution design and translate complex finance requirements into effective system solutionsStrong stakeholder management skills, including confidence working with senior and executive-level audiencesGood commercial awareness, with the ability to manage scope, risks and project prioritiesExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersA professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS or equivalent would be beneficialAnaplan Solution Architect certification, or progress towards itThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior Anaplan or EPM consultant looking to take real ownership across complex finance transformation projects, work closely with senior clients, and progress within a specialist consulting environment.
