You will be the face and voice of the program, responsible for engaging the audience, managing the stage flow, and creating a memorable experience for all attendees.Key Responsibilities:--Host the Event: Welcome guests, introduce the agenda, and guide the audience seamlessly from one segment to the next.--Engage the Crowd: Interact with attendees, maintain high energy, and keep the audience interested and enthusiastic.--Introduce Speakers: Introduce keynote speakers, performers, or panelists with proper background details and enthusiasm.--Manage Time: Keep the event on schedule, adjusting gracefully if delays or unexpected changes occur.--Coordinate Behind the Scenes: Work closely with event planners, audio/video technicians, and stage managers to ensure smooth execution.--Handle Live Improvisation: Think quickly on your feet to manage minor technical glitches, awkward pauses, or unexpected situations with humor and poise.--Lead engaging, insightful, and dynamic on-air or live Q&A sessions with celebrity guests, experts, or public figures.
