The team is committed to providing clear, engaging information that supports better academic and career decisions for students.Role Description The Anchor role at My College Buddy is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Anchor will host and present video and live sessions, including interviews, panel discussions, and informational segments for students and colleges. Daily responsibilities include preparing scripts, coordinating with the content and production teams, and presenting news, updates, and feature stories related to education and campus life. The Anchor will also participate in pre-production planning, review content for clarity and accuracy, and ensure all broadcasts align with the company’s tone and values. This role requires a professional on-camera presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills to research, structure, and deliver clear, accurate information.Candidates should possess Broadcasting and Presenter skills to host shows, interviews, and live sessions with confidence and clarity.Candidates should possess Broadcast Journalism experience to understand editorial standards, storytelling, and ethical reporting.Candidates should have excellent verbal communication, fluency in English (and preferably Hindi), and a confident on-camera presence.Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with production and content teams, and comfort interacting with students and academic stakeholders.Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Experience in education-focused media or youth-oriented content, familiarity with digital platforms and social media, and basic understanding of video production workflows are beneficial.
