Android Application Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities1、Develop Android application features for in-vehicle multimedia (Media, Radio, etc.), including requirement analysis, technical solution design, and code implementation.2、Independently resolve complex technical issues during development and mass production to ensure code quality and on-time project delivery.3、Participate in full-version module iterations and support the resolution of high-frequency mass-production issues (Audio, Bluetooth, USB, DAB, etc.).4、Take on technical management duties, such as requirement breakdown, task allocation, code review, and branch management.5、Support the mentoring of ODC members and junior developers, acting as a technical deputy to contribute to team building and succession planning.6、Work closely with Product, QA, and System Architects to drive stability and deliver features on schedule.Job Requirements1、4+ years in Android application development with strong Java & Kotlin skills. Basic C++ capability is a plus but not mandatory.2、Multimedia or audio-video domain experience is preferred. However, experienced Android developers from other domains will also be considered and evaluated during interviews for role fit.3、Ability to independently solve complex development issues, benchmarked at a senior engineer level.4、Demonstrated ability to break down requirements, conduct code reviews, assign tasks, and manage code branches.
