5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in native Android development using Kotlin and Java• Prior experience building mobile applications in the banking, financial services, or fintech domain• Strong understanding of application security, encryption, and secure coding practices relevant to financial applications• Hands-on experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture patterns• Proficiency with Android Studio, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile development environment• Solid grasp of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming (Coroutines/RxJava)
