Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with architects, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions, enhance application performance, and resolve production issues.Role and responsibilities:Gather requirements and specificationsDevelop, build, test and maintain mobile applicationsBrainstorm new ideas improve UX/UI and fix bugsPerform troubleshooting and resolving of production issuesEnsure optimization of the mobile applications developedCollaborate closely with the Software Architects, UX/UI Designers and other team membersMaintenance of applicationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with:Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing mobile applicationsExperience in mobile/web development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Android SDK/Kotlin.Knowledge and/or experience in Android developmentGood understanding of UI/ UX concepts for mobile devices.Good working experience in Java/Kotlin, IBM MQ programming and other Object-oriented programmingWorking experience in database such as Microsoft SQL Server.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology; rapid prototyping is a plus
