Daily responsibilities include developing new features, optimizing performance, debugging and resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience aligned with Android design guidelines. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, as well as integrating APIs and third-party services. The Android Developer will also participate in code reviews, follow secure coding and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. Keeping up to date with the latest Android frameworks, tools, and industry trends is an essential part of this position.Qualifications Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience delivering production-ready Mobile Applications.Proficiency in Android Development and Android Design, including familiarity with modern Android frameworks and UI/UX standards.Solid background in Software Development, with experience in object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.Hands-on experience with Kotlin and/or Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and RESTful APIs or GraphQL.Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Knowledge of testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance optimization for Android applications.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience with backend integration, cloud services, and publishing apps to the Google Play Store is an advantage.
