The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android development, modern mobile architectures, REST API integration, and unit testing. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications.Ensure application quality through unit testing and code reviews.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies.Required Technical SkillsStrong experience in Android Application DevelopmentProficiency in Kotlin and/or JavaExperience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack ComponentsKnowledge of MVVM architecture and Android Architecture ComponentsExperience with REST API integrationStrong understanding of UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelinesExperience with Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito) and automated testingFamiliarity with Git and version control systemsKnowledge of app performance optimization and debugging techniquesUnderstanding of Firebase services and push notifications.Preferred SkillsExperience with Jetpack ComposeKnowledge of Coroutines and FlowExposure to CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Room DatabaseFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesPublishing and maintaining apps on Google Play StoreEducational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Location: PuneNotice Period: Immediate Joiner
