By leveraging existing retail networks, telecom connectivity, and banking infrastructure, the company enables accessible digital services for diverse communities and businesses.Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Android Developer role based in Jaipur. The Android Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that support the company’s solutions in on-demand video applications, logistics, ERP, fintech, and other domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams, implementing modern Android UI/UX patterns, integrating APIs and third-party services, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of mobile applications. The role involves writing clean, testable code, debugging and resolving issues, participating in code reviews, and optimizing applications for various device types and OS versions. The Android Developer will also contribute to technical documentation and stay current with evolving Android development best practices and tools.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience delivering production-ready Mobile Applications.Candidates should possess skills in Android Development and Android Design, including familiarity with modern UI components, design guidelines, and responsive layouts.Candidates should possess skills in Software Development, including object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), and testing practices.Experience with Android SDK, Kotlin/Java, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML data handling is highly beneficial.Understanding of mobile app security, performance optimization, and offline data handling is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently in an on-site environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in on-demand video, ERP, logistics, fintech, digital payments, or related domains is an added advantage.
