Headquartered in Islamabad, the company also publishes market insights, area guides, tax explainers, and trend reports to help create a more transparent property market.Role Description The Android Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications that power Milkiyat.com’s mobile experience. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing app performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless interaction with backend services. The role will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly mobile interfaces, while following best practices for code quality, testing, and security. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, requiring regular coordination with the broader product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable mobile solutions.Qualifications Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience building Mobile Applications for Android platforms.Proficiency in Android Development and Android Design, including modern UI/UX patterns and Material Design guidelines.Solid foundation in Software Development principles, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.Hands-on experience with Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and RESTful API integration.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Knowledge of testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance optimization for Android apps.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.Familiarity with analytics tools, crash reporting, and app store deployment processes is a plus.
