The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications while working closely with product, UI/UX, and backend teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java. Build responsive, user-friendly, and scalable mobile applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers. Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and SDKs. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues. Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards. Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Required SkillsStrong experience in Android application development. Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java. Good understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle. Experience with Jetpack components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation, and WorkManager. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration. Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab. Good understanding of Android UI development and responsive layouts. Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Good to HaveExperience with Jetpack Compose. Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or other modern architecture patterns. Experience with Firebase services. Knowledge of push notifications and analytics. Experience publishing applications on the Google Play Store. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
