The Android Developer will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android devices, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a consistent user experience. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, integrating APIs and backend services, writing clean and maintainable code, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver features aligned with client requirements and project timelines. The Android Developer will also troubleshoot and debug issues, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and stay current with Android development best practices and emerging technologies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience building Mobile Applications.Candidates should possess solid Android Development and Android Design skills to create robust, user-friendly apps.Candidates should possess foundational Software Development skills, including object-oriented programming and version control (e.g., Git).Experience with Android SDK, Kotlin and/or Java, RESTful APIs, and JSON is highly beneficial.Familiarity with MVVM/MVP architectures, dependency injection, and unit testing is an advantage.Ability to collaborate in a team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience delivering production-ready Android applications for clients or internal products is preferred.
