This role provides hands-on experience with Android application architecture, modern development frameworks, backend integrations, testing, performance optimization, and application releases.Full DescriptionAt Data Eminence, we build practical digital products that provide seamless experiences across devices. As an Android Developer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and other team members to design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications.Your responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain Android applications using modern development practices.Build responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.Implement application features based on product requirements and design specifications.Work with Kotlin and Android SDK to develop application functionality.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Work with local and remote databases to store and manage application data.Implement authentication, user management, and secure data handling.Follow Android application architecture and development best practices.Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.Debug application crashes, UI issues, API errors, and performance problems.Write and execute unit and UI tests where required.Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.Ensure compatibility across different Android devices and screen sizes.Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and application services.Collaborate with designers to accurately implement mobile interfaces.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Assist with application packaging, release management, and Play Store deployment.Maintain technical documentation for application features and development workflows.Stay updated with modern Android technologies and development practices.We believe in learning by doing.
