The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance mobile applications with exceptional user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy native Android applications.Build modern, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose.Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications.Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.Participate in code reviews and follow Android development best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across multiple Android devices and OS versions.Work closely with offshore teams and provide support during critical project phases when needed.Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Required Skills8+ years of Android application development experience.Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and Android UI development.Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, and application lifecycle management.Experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON data.Strong understanding of MVVM architecture and Android design patterns.Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Coroutines, Flow, and Dependency Injection frameworks (Hilt/Dagger).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.Experience working in Digital Commerce or E-commerce platforms.Familiarity with Firebase and mobile analytics tools.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
