We serve clients across multiple industries using digital strategy, technology, and growth frameworks to drive measurable business results.Role Overview:We’re looking for an Android Developer Intern to join Team Variance and work on LeadZam, our CRM and calling platform. You’ll work on Android app development, call tracking, permissions, background processing, API integration, and device-specific functionality, helping improve the reliability and usability of the product. You’ll collaborate with the product and engineering teams to solve real-world Android challenges while using AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and testing without compromising code quality.Core Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the LeadZam Android app using Kotlin.Improve call tracking, recording, permissions, and SIM selection.Work with call logs, contacts, background services, and Android lifecycle.Integrate REST APIs and manage data synchronization.Debug device-specific issues and test features on emulators and real devices.Use AI tools to assist with coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable features.

Qualifications

Freshers with relevant Android projects are encouraged to apply.Good understanding of Kotlin and Android fundamentals.Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, permissions, and state management.Familiarity with Android Studio, Git, and GitHub/GitLab.Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and debug unfamiliar issues.Preferred Skills:Experience with Jetpack Compose, Room, WorkManager, or background services.Knowledge of Android telephony APIs and automated testing.Familiarity with AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex.Interest in mobile apps, SaaS, and CRM products.What You'll Gain:Hands-on experience building a real-world Android application.Exposure to Kotlin, backend integration, and Android system features.Practical experience in debugging, testing, and AI-assisted development.Opportunity to solve real product challenges alongside experienced engineers.Ready to Join us ?Apply on : https://www.teamvariance.com/careers
