While the initial 3–4 months will be remote, we are excited to build a collaborative hybrid environment in Tirupati.Role Overview We’re seeking a passionate Android (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance mobile applications that redefine health experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, user-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly with our AI-driven platform. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless health solutions. Optimize app performance, ensuring speed, security, and reliability. Implement modern Android architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and best practices. Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and AI-driven features into the app ecosystem. Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting new tools and technologies to enhance development. Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt). Strong grasp of Android SDK, RESTful APIs, and offline-first approaches. Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or health/wellness apps (a plus). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Problem-solving mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code. Why Join FriskaAi / HFWL? Impactful Work: Build apps that improve lives globally across multiple healthcare domains. Hybrid Flexibility: Work from our new Tirupati office with the flexibility of a hybrid model, balancing onsite collaboration with remote work. Growth Opportunities: Learn from AI/health-tech experts and scale your skills. Innovative Culture: Collaborate on projects at the intersection of AI + healthcare. How to Apply Easy apply via LinkedIn or send your CV to hr@friska.ai.
