7+ years of hands-on native Android application development experience using Kotlin and/or Java.Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android framework components, application lifecycle, permissions, storage, threading, background execution, networking, and device compatibility.Experience designing Android applications using scalable architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, dependency injection, and modular code organization.Experience with RESTful API integration, JSON, authentication flows, error handling, offline storage, caching, and limited-connectivity scenarios.Experience profiling and tuning Android applications for memory, performance, responsiveness, battery usage, and crash reduction.Experience planning and executing device performance testing on Android hardware, including benchmarking, profiling, load testing, battery analysis, and identifying device-specific performance constraints.
