If you're passionate about innovation and crave the opportunity to make a significant impact, this role is your chance to lead the charge in app development.In this role, you’ll:Together with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, QAs, and Product Owners, create and maintain native & hybrid Android for a world-renowned productContribute into one or more app codebases of different platformsContribute to apps technical decisions, architecture, process, etcTranslate wireframes and designs into high-quality codeWork within a team of applications developers of different platforms: Windows, Android, MacOS, iOS, Linux apps (review and improve workflows, drive objective and key results, help deliver on the tasks)Maintain high level of applications securityParticipate in project research and development processes as well as be responsible for making important decisionsActively come up with new initiatives and ideas to level up the apps and UXYour skills & experience:Solid knowledge in Kotlin and Java Android SDKHigh degree of autonomy with a proven ability to take ownership of features and projectsPractical problem solving skills paired with a proactive, can do attitudeCreative, goal oriented mindset with an interest in data informed growthNice to have:Familiarity with other platforms or languages (Swift for iOS/macOS, .NET, or C++)Experience with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Coroutines, and Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Koin)Experience with lower-level mobile development areas (OS-level optimizations, custom protocols implementations, integrating/compiling of cross-platform libraries, etc.)Understanding of applications securityWillingness to lead the applications development team in the futureSalary & BenefitsGross salary: 4500 - 6900 EUR/month.
