‏⁦Raising an angel round for Khawi.Khawi is a Saudi platform that lets an audience support the creator they follow, directly. The creator gets one link to place anywhere. The supporter opens it, picks an amount, and pays with mada, Apple Pay or STC Pay. No sign-up, no subscription.The product is built and live at khawi.net. Creator and payment pages, identity verification, creator dashboard, admin panel, transactional email, and infrastructure I own end to end. I built it myself: design, code, infrastructure and the security review.The problem is straightforward. Arab creators earn through an intermediary, either an advertiser who dictates the message or an algorithm that decides who sees them. The third channel, the audience itself, does not exist in Arabic in any serious form. Global platforms require a foreign bank account and payment methods our audience does not use.The platform is ready. The next step is connecting the payment gateway and launching with the first cohort of creators, and that is what this round is for.I am raising SAR 100,000 as an angel round. It covers the payment gateway, incorporation and compliance, onboarding the first creators, and twelve months of runway.
