Animator

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animator to develop engaging animated content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, brand communications, presentations, and creative projects. The role will transform concepts, scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into visually compelling animations that effectively communicate ideas and capture audience attention.The Animator will be responsible for developing animation concepts, creating storyboards and visual assets, producing 2D or 3D animations, and delivering polished content across different formats and platforms. The role will collaborate closely with designers, videographers, marketers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.Key responsibilities include creating motion graphics, character animation, visual effects, animated illustrations, promotional content, social media assets, explainer videos, and other multimedia materials. The role will also refine animations based on creative feedback, prepare assets for different platforms, maintain organized project files, and ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and deadlines.The successful candidate will bring strong visual storytelling and creative thinking to each project while keeping up with emerging animation techniques, design trends, and digital content formats. The role will contribute innovative ideas that enhance audience engagement and strengthen overall visual communication.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Animation, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, composition, timing, movement, and design.Proficiency in animation and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.Familiarity with 2D and/or 3D animation, motion design, character animation, and visual effects.Strong creative and visual sense with excellent attention to detail.Ability to interpret scripts, storyboards, creative briefs, and concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.Understanding of video formats, resolution, compression, and platform-specific content requirements.Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to respond effectively to creative feedback.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling capabilities.
