The team will provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance, while the candidate is expected to already have the core skills required to deliver high-quality work.ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit high-quality video and motion content from brief to final delivery.Animate typography, graphics, product visuals, UI elements, and campaign assets.Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and storytelling.Work confidently across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.Use AI creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, video generation, and creative experimentation.Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and other team members to bring ideas to life.Respond to feedback efficiently and maintain a consistently high standard of execution.What We’re Looking ForStrong practical skills in both animation and video editing.Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.Ability to work with and animate designs created in Figma.Strong visual judgment across typography, composition, timing, movement, and transitions.Good understanding of storytelling and the ability to build a complete video, not only individual scenes.Familiarity with modern AI creative tools and workflows.A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing and animation capabilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently within creative direction.Ideal CandidateAn early-career multidisciplinary creative who is already technically proficient, visually strong, and ready to contribute immediately.You should be confident across editing, animation, design, storytelling, and AI-assisted creative workflows, while continuing to develop through collaboration, feedback, and creative direction from the team.
