Ansible Automation Platform Engineer

Greetings from Linnk!We are looking for an experienced Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) Engineer to join a leading Banking organization in Saudi Arabia. This is an onsite opportunity focused on enterprise automation, infrastructure reliability, and secure deployment practices within a highly regulated banking environment.Job Title: Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) EngineerLocation: Onsite – Saudi ArabiaContract: Yearly Renewable ContractKey Responsibilities• Administer and manage Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including Private Automation Hub• Design and develop Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and automation workflows for infrastructure and banking applications.• Automate provisioning, configuration management, patching, deployments, and operational processes.• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms.• Implement automation solutions following security, compliance, scalability, and reliability standards.• Develop validation/pre-hook automation jobs and maintain automation documentation.• Support container-based automation environments using Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.• Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault and follow security best practices.• Troubleshoot automation issues in mission-critical banking environments.Required Skills• 7–10 years of experience in Ansible automation and Linux administration.• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and Private Automation Hub.• Experience with Ansible Playbooks, Roles, GitHub, and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Podman administration, and container technologies.• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.• Experience with PostgreSQL, Splunk, AppDynamics, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.• Understanding of banking IT operations, security standards, and compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.• RHCE or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform certification is preferred.• Experience with banking platforms, ITIL processes, and regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS or ISO 27001.If this opportunity matches your profile, we would love to connect with you.If not, kindly feel free to refer someone from your network who may be a good fit for this role.If you are interested share your profile to Athira.AR@linnk.com
