Team members join a growing organization committed to operational excellence and integrity in insurance service delivery.Role Description The Anti-Fraud Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for monitoring, detecting, and investigating potential fraud within claims and related insurance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and SAMA guidelines. Daily tasks include reviewing claims data and documentation, identifying suspicious patterns or inconsistencies, conducting detailed case investigations, and preparing clear reports and recommendations. The Anti-Fraud Officer will collaborate closely with finance and claims management team, as well as external stakeholders when needed, to prevent and mitigate fraud risks. The role also involves contributing to the development and refinement of anti-fraud procedures, staff awareness initiatives, and internal controls to strengthen GWIS’s overall fraud prevention framework.Qualifications1-2 years experience as an anti-fraud examiner.certification in fraud examination is a must.Saudi NationalBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; professional.Strong analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to review complex claims data, identify irregularities, and draw evidence-based conclusions.Knowledge of insurance operations claims management processes, and relevant regulatory requirements within KSA; prior experience in a TPA, insurer, or financial services organization is preferred.Competence in using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and core business software; familiarity with fraud detection systems or audit tools is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document investigations, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage multiple cases or tasks under time constraints.Proficiency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is highly beneficial for local coordination and documentation.
