As we continue expanding across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can ensure accurate, timely, and efficient management of our accounts payable activities.As an AP Accountant, you will manage vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, and payable records while supporting month-end closing and maintaining strong financial controls. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations.🔑 What You’ll OwnReview, verify, and process vendor invoices and payment requestsEnsure invoices are properly approved, coded, and supported by documentationPrepare payment schedules and process vendor payments on timeReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate accounts payable records in the accounting systemSupport month-end closing and prepare AP-related reportsMonitor outstanding balances, advances, and employee reimbursementsAssist with VAT documentation, audits, and financial reporting requirementsCollaborate with procurement and other teams to improve payment processes✅ What You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accountingBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldSolid understanding of accounting principles and payable processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)🚀 Why Join Us?You’ll be joining a fast-growing prop-tech company scaling rapidly across Saudi Arabia, where strong financial operations play an important role in supporting our growth.
