Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging online lessons, explaining key statistical concepts, guiding students through practice problems, and preparing them for AP exams. The tutor will assess student performance, provide regular feedback, and customize instruction based on individual learning styles and progress. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of sessions, collaborating with the academic team to improve teaching materials, and communicating proactively with learners and guardians as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, explain statistical concepts clearly, and evaluate student performance.Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting knowledge to connect AP Statistics concepts with real-world applications in business and financial analysis.Candidates should possess skills in Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) to illustrate practical examples of data organization and quantitative reasoning.Strong foundation in AP Statistics or equivalent college-level Statistics; prior experience teaching or tutoring AP or advanced mathematics is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field preferred.Excellent online teaching, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners in a virtual environment.Comfort with educational technology, online conferencing tools, and digital learning platforms.Ability to work independently, manage a full-time remote schedule, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
