You'll set the technical direction and keep a team engineers building high-quality software at speed.What you'll doOwn the technical design and delivery of cutting-edge products, from architecture through to productionLead the SaaS transformation: drive reuse, reduce duplication, optimise multi-country deploymentsSet and enforce engineering standards - DevOps practices, security, observability, and minimal technical debtPartner closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams across APAC to translate strategy into working softwareThe ideal candidate:Proven experience leading and growing software engineering teamsDeep technical fluency.
