At Grubb Properties, we’re looking for a Service Supervisor who’s ready to take charge of the maintenance operations at our beautiful community, Link Apartments® Mint Street, and ensure every detail is cared for. What You’ll Be Doing:Lead the Maintenance Team: Supervise and train maintenance staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure top-quality work.Keep It Running Smoothly: Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, roofs, gutters, and more.Turn Units Like a Pro: Oversee apartment turns and ensure all move-in ready homes meet our high standards.Manage Inventory: Track tools and supplies to keep everything running efficiently.Pool Operations: Ensure our pool is clean, safe, and inviting.Ensure Safety & Compliance: Lead safety efforts and adhere to all standards and regulations.Coordinate Workflows: Work with the Property Manager to schedule routine and emergency maintenance.Build the Team: Assist with hiring and onboarding new maintenance staff.Control the Budget: Monitor expenditures and help manage maintenance within budget.Be a Resident Hero: Build trust and rapport with residents by ensuring a well-maintained and responsive living environment.✅ What You Bring:5+ years of hands-on experience in property maintenanceCPO certification requiredCFC Type I & II required, Universal preferredExperience in Class A multifamily buildingsExpertise in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and electrical systemsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsExperience with Yardi and Leonardo is a plus🏃‍♂️ Physical & Work Requirements:Must be available for evenings/weekends for emergency maintenanceFrequent walking, stair climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and use of toolsWorks in office, residential, and outdoor settingsMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license🎁 Benefits & Perks:Free medical insurance after 90 daysDental, vision, FSA, legal, and credit union plans availableOver 3 weeks of PTO in your first year12 paid holidays + volunteer time off3% 401(k) contribution by the company after 6 monthsTuition and education reimbursementCompany-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability insuranceThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
