You will translate business and technical requirements into clear actions, validate integrations through API and functional testing, and support the full integration life-cycle from onboarding through production go-live.What You’ll DoCoordinate API integrations with insurance companies, government entities, and external partners.Support partners throughout onboarding, testing, deployment, and production go-live.Review API specifications, data mappings, request and response structures, authentication, and validation rules.Perform API and functional testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.Validate end-to-end scenarios, error handling, business rules, and integration readiness.Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.Track progress, dependencies, risks, and outstanding actions, providing clear updates and escalations.Support UAT, deployment coordination, and post-production verification.Create and maintain integration guidelines, test scenarios, checklists, and implementation documentation.Identify opportunities to improve partner onboarding, testing, and internal integration processes.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, API authentication, and web services.Experience in API testing, integration testing, QA, software testing, or technical integration support.Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar API testing tools.Strong understanding of API request and response structures, status codes, validation rules, and error handling.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation skills.Experience coordinating multiple integrations and working with cross-functional stakeholders.Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and professional English communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth and wellness supportCareer development and learning opportunitiesExposure to high-impact projects and cross-functional teamsA collaborative culture that encourages innovation and ownershipSo, what does it really mean to work at First.Tech?We are building a company where people are empowered to do their best work and grow.
