Apparel Production Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL – On-SiteJob Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Apparel & FashionAbout the RoleJACHS is seeking an experienced and highly organized Apparel Production Manager to join our West Palm Beach office.Reporting to the Director of Production & Global Sourcing, this position will manage the day-to-day apparel production process from PO issuance through final delivery, supervise Production Coordinators, and work closely with overseas offices, factories, suppliers, and internal teams.We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of the production process.

The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, identify potential issues early, and keep production moving according to required timelines.Key Responsibilities· Manage day-to-day production from PO issuance through final delivery· Supervise and work closely with Production Coordinators· Monitor production WIP, critical paths, approvals, and delivery schedules· Work directly with overseas offices, factories, fabric mills, and suppliers· Ensure production requirements, approvals, and documentation are communicated accurately and on time· Identify potential production or delivery issues early and drive follow-up and resolution· Coordinate with internal teams, QA/QC, and vendors as needed· Provide clear production status updates and escalate critical issues when necessaryRequirements· 5+ years of apparel production experience· Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and production timelines· Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers, particularly in Asia· Previous experience managing or supervising a production team· Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills· Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment· Proficiency in Excel and production tracking tools· Experience with major U.S. retailers or high-volume apparel programs is a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary commensurate with experience.· Health, dental, and vision insurance available· 401(k) plan available· Employee product discountsThis is a full-time, on-site position in West Palm Beach, Florida.Relocation assistance within the U.S. may be available for the right candidate.
