AppDynamics Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AppDynamics Engineer to join our client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing AppDynamics Application Performance Management (APM) solutions to ensure comprehensive application monitoring, performance visibility, and proactive issue resolution.The role requires hands-on experience with AppDynamics, application onboarding, business transaction monitoring, health rules, dashboards, instrumentation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across Java and .NET applications.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and manage AppDynamics APM for enterprise applications.Onboard and monitor new applications, particularly Java and .NET applications, using AppDynamics.Configure and optimize Business Transaction (BT) detection and monitoring.Set up and maintain Health Rules, Policies, and Actions based on application performance requirements.Monitor application performance and identify potential performance issues proactively.Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for application and performance-related incidents.Develop and maintain custom AppDynamics dashboards to provide meaningful application and business performance insights.Ensure proper instrumentation of application services to achieve complete monitoring and end-to-end visibility.Work closely with application, infrastructure, development, and operations teams to resolve performance issues.Analyze application metrics, response times, errors, dependencies, and transaction flows.Continuously improve monitoring coverage, alerting, and application observability.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics/APM.Strong practical experience in AppDynamics application monitoring and configuration.Hands-on experience onboarding Java and .NET applications into AppDynamics.Good understanding of Business Transactions, Health Rules, Policies, and Actions.Experience creating and configuring custom AppDynamics dashboards.Strong understanding of application instrumentation and monitoring visibility.Experience in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Good understanding of application architecture, dependencies, and performance metrics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Also, you can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
