Appian Solution Design Consultant

Lead process discovery and define scalable, secure, and maintainable Appian solutions for business process transformation. EXPERIENCE 10 Years DOMAIN Banking preferred Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into future-state processes and solution designs.
• Define Appian architecture covering process models, SAIL interfaces, records, data models, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Establish design standards, reusable patterns, architecture governance, and Appian implementation best practices.
• Design third-party integrations and collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams.
• Review solution quality, Appian Health Check findings, performance, risks, estimates, and production readiness.
• Guide and mentor developers through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Banking Experience Technical Competencies
• Strong Appian architecture, BPM, SAIL, Records, Process Models, Expression Rules, Groups, Security, and Reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, SQL, database entity modelling, and integration error handling.
• Experience with Azure-hosted Appian environments; Process HQ exposure is advantageous.
• Banking or regulated-process transformation experience preferred. Preferred Profile
• Appian Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical thinking, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
