The role combines hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership – owning application architecture, solution design, and production support, while driving performance optimization and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong Appian BPM development experience alongside Java, SQL, and API integration skills, and can lead a team to deliver scalable, reliable credit workflow solutions.
