Sliq Group is looking for an Application Developer with strong microservices expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable, event-driven backend systems on Azure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET CoreBuild and deploy containerized services, contributing to reliable and frequent releasesImplement Event Sourcing and CQRS patterns within an event-driven architecture (Azure Event Hub/Kafka)Develop and optimize solutions on the Azure cloud platformWrite and tune complex SQL Server queries and stored procedures; manage NoSQL data stores such as Azure Cosmos DBEnsure high code quality through unit testing and adherence to engineering best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams using Git for version controlRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET CoreExperience with microservices architecture and containerizationExperience with Event Sourcing, CQRS patterns, and Event-Driven Architecture (Azure Event Hub/Kafka)Experience with the Azure cloud platformAdvanced knowledge of SQL Server, including performance tuning and stored proceduresExperience with NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB or similar)Experience with unit testing to ensure high code qualityProficiency in Git for version control and collaborationExperience with CI/CD pipelinesPreferred (Good to Have)Experience with the Elasticsearch suite (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) or similarExperience with IBM IIB (Enterprise Service Bus) or similar integration toolsExperience with an Enterprise Scheduler tool (Automic or similar)General RequirementsAdaptability: ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, technologies, and business needsAutonomy: capable of taking ownership of tasks, working independently, and proactively solving challengesCollaboration: strong team player who communicates effectively and works well with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in an Agile/SCRUM environmentExperience with Azure DevOpsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsFluent English communication skills, written and spokenKnowledge of the banking sector is a plus
