Engineers work in an increasingly agentic development environment, leveraging AI throughout the software development lifecycle while also building AI-powered features directly into the product experience. We're looking for engineers who are strong software developers first, but who are also excited about how AI is changing the way great software is designed, built, tested, and released.About the RoleThis role is part of a high-performing software engineering team building cutting-edge, customer-facing technology at significant scale across iOS, Android, and Full Stack development, in an AI-forward, agentic development environment that leverages AI throughout the software development lifecycle and incorporates AI-powered features into the product experience.ResponsibilitiesBuild cutting-edge, customer-facing technology used at significant scale - millions of users.Leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle in an increasingly agentic development environment.Build AI-powered features directly into the product experience.Design, build, test, and release high-quality software.Own software throughout the full development lifecycle.Solve complex technical problems in a highly collaborative environment.Help shape how AI is incorporated into both the customer experience and the engineering process itself.Work on-site in North Reading, MA five days per week.QualificationsStrong professional experience developing native iOS applications (for iOS Engineers).Strong professional experience developing native Android applications (for Android Engineers).Strong object-oriented software development fundamentals (for Full Stack Engineers).Required SkillsiOS Engineers (at least 3 years of professional exp.)Strong professional experience developing native iOS applicationsSwift and SwiftUIModern iOS architecture and design patternsExperience building, testing, and releasing production applicationsAndroid Engineers (at least 3 years of professional exp.)Strong professional experience developing native Android applicationsKotlinModern Android architecture and development practicesExperience building and supporting production applicationsFull Stack Engineers (at least 3 years of professional exp.)Strong object-oriented software development fundamentalsExperience building modern customer-facing applications and servicesBackend/API and frontend development experienceCloud, distributed systems, or scalable service experience is highly valuablePreferred SkillsHave built and supported production software at scaleThink deeply about architecture, reliability, testing, and maintainabilityHave experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted and agentic software developmentHave built or integrated AI-powered product featuresEnjoy solving complex technical problems in a highly collaborative environmentHave demonstrated meaningful ownership and growth within their previous engineering teamsPay range and compensation packageCompensation: Competitive salary + total compensation package
