Application Developer I: AI & Automation

Company: ALL TALENTZ LLC Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Director of Estimating About the Opportunity ALL Talentz is looking for an early career application developer who wants the opportunity to actually build things.

All Talentz is developing its own proprietary estimating and job management platform using artificial intelligence, automation and traditional software development. We already have working tools that improve estimating, generate proposals, organize pricing information, track jobs and automate repetitive work. Now we are looking for someone to help us take the platform further. As our Application Developer I: AI & Automation, you will work directly with our Director of Estimating, Leadership Team and Towne Properties IT to improve existing applications, build new functionality and connect our business systems. Microsoft Azure will be an important part of how we develop, deploy and scale the system. This is not an IT help desk role. You will be building the applications. We are intentionally open to recent graduates and early career developers. You do not need years of corporate development experience, but you should be able to show us that you can build functional applications, automations or integrations. What You Will Work On 1. Microsoft Azure applications and services. 2. AI assisted estimating and proposal generation. 3. Estimator and project manager dashboards. 4. Job workflow and status tracking. 5. Historical pricing databases. 6. Internal business applications and customer portals. 7. API and software integrations. 8. Automated document generation. 9. Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integrations. 10. AI agents and workflow automation. Our environment includes Microsoft Azure, Claude, Company Cam, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Yardi and TRS job management applications. You do not need experience with all of them. What You Will Do 1. Continue development of the existing TRS platform. 2. Develop and deploy applications and services within Microsoft Azure. 3. Improve prototypes and turn successful concepts into reliable applications. 4. Build web applications, dashboards and automation tools. 5. Develop integrations between different business systems. 6. Work with databases and information from multiple sources. 7. Help build and improve the company historical pricing database. 8. Automate repetitive estimating, proposal and administrative processes. 9. Assist with authentication, permissions and application security. 10. Test applications with end users and improve them based on feedback. 11. Troubleshoot issues and document what you build. 12. Work with Towne Properties IT on Azure and enterprise system integrations. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who likes to build. You may be a recent computer science graduate, an early career developer, someone with strong co-op or internship experience, or a self-taught developer with an impressive portfolio. More important than the number of years on your resume is your ability to show us something you have actually created. 1. Curious and technically capable. 2. Comfortable learning unfamiliar systems. 3. Able to independently work through technical problems. 4. Interested in Microsoft Azure and cloud application development. 5. Interested in AI assisted software development. 6. Comfortable working directly with business users. 7. Willing to experiment and rapidly prototype solutions. 8. Focused on solving the business problem, not simply writing code. 9. Takes ownership and follows through. Qualifications We are targeting candidates with approximately 3 to 5 years of professional application development experience. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. A bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or a related field is preferred, but equivalent demonstrated development ability will be considered. Experience with some of the following is helpful: Microsoft Azure Azure App Service and Azure Functions Azure SQL or other relational databases REST APIs and system integrations Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Python JavaScript or TypeScript React or similar frameworks Node.js or similar back end technologies SQL Git and GitHub Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI Cloud application development Experience with Microsoft Azure is strongly preferred. Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar platforms is also highly desirable. Construction experience is not required.
