This full-time, on-site role based in Cairo involves overseeing the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. The role includes mentoring and guiding team members, reviewing code for quality and performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The Senior Supervisor will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems, optimize databases, and deliver scalable solutions that support Xceed’s BPO operations. The position also involves evaluating emerging AI and .NET technologies, contributing to architectural decisions, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools.Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in .NET technologies and modern application architectures.Experience working with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration with enterprise applications.Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and front-end integration to support user interface consistency and usability.Proficiency in Integration, including APIs, microservices, and connecting applications to third-party and internal systems.Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing development teams and projects.Practical experience implementing or leveraging AI LLM solutions within business applications is highly beneficial.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a focus on quality, security, and performance.Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
