Xceed maintains high operational standards with multiple international certifications, including COPC and ISO certifications for quality, business continuity, health and safety, environmental management, and information security.Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor (AI & .NET) is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications. This role oversees end-to-end software development using .NET technologies and AI frameworks, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. The supervisor manages integration between internal and external systems, ensures database performance and security, and collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include code reviews, mentoring team members, enforcing development standards and best practices, coordinating with infrastructure and security teams, and driving continuous improvement in application performance and reliability. The role also involves planning and prioritizing development roadmaps, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with Xceed’s service quality and compliance requirements.Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, preferably with .NET technologies and experience in AI/ML frameworks.Proficiency in Databases, including design, optimization, and querying across relational and/or NoSQL database systems.Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies to support user interface implementation and refinement.Experience with Integration of enterprise applications, APIs, and services across heterogeneous systems and platforms.Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising development teams, with proven mentoring and performance management capabilities.Hands-on experience with software architecture, design patterns, secure coding practices, and SDLC methodologies (Agile or similar).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical and business requirements.Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
