This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. The supervisor leads a team of developers, allocates tasks, reviews code, and enforces best practices in software engineering, security, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating AI Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into existing and new applications, collaborating with architecture and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and managing end-to-end application lifecycle from planning through deployment and support. The role also involves coordinating with database and infrastructure teams, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with solid experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks.Candidates should possess practical experience working with Databases, including relational database design, optimization, and query development (e.g., SQL Server).Candidates should possess front-end skills such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), along with familiarity with modern web UI frameworks and responsive design principles.Candidates should possess Integration skills, including designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and secure integration with third-party systems and AI LLM services.Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in application development, including leading or supervising development teams.Hands-on experience implementing and consuming AI/ML or LLM-based solutions (e.g., prompt engineering, model integration, performance tuning) is highly beneficial.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
