The supervisor will lead a team of application developers, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications and solutions that leverage AI Large Language Models (LLMs). Day-to-day tasks include assigning and reviewing development work, guiding architecture and integration decisions, ensuring code quality and security, and coordinating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The role involves hands-on programming, database design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting across production and test environments. The supervisor will also mentor team members, support continuous improvement in development processes, and contribute to technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives.Qualifications Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with proven experience in .NET technologies and AI LLM integrations.Proficiency in working with Databases, including design, optimization, and secure data access for enterprise applications.Capability in front-end development using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related web technologies to support modern user interfaces.Experience with Integration, including APIs, microservices, and connecting applications to third-party systems and internal platforms.Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or technical lead role.Solid understanding of software architecture, secure coding practices, and SDLC methodologies (Agile or similar).Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience in BPO, contact center, or large-scale service environments is an advantage.
