Application Engineer – Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) ‎

‎Job Summary‎‎We are looking for an Application Engineer – Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to support the implementation, configuration, administration, and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions across construction and infrastructure projects.‎‎The role will work closely with project teams, BIM teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements, configure ACC workflows, provide technical support, and improve document management, BIM collaboration, and project information exchange.‎‎Key Responsibilities‎‎- Implement and configure Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions based on project requirements.‎- Set up and administer ACC projects, users, roles, permissions, folders, workflows, and project settings.‎- Configure and support Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Build.‎- Gather requirements and assess existing workflows with clients and project teams.‎- Configure document management, review, approval, transmittal, and issue management workflows.‎- Support BIM coordination and collaboration workflows across multidisciplinary project teams.‎- Support model coordination, clash workflows, model sharing, and information exchange.‎- Provide technical application support and troubleshoot ACC-related issues.‎- Conduct user onboarding, training sessions, demonstrations, and technical workshops.‎- Develop project templates, workflows, standards, implementation guidelines, and user documentation.‎- Monitor system usage and adoption and recommend process improvements.‎- Coordinate with BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.‎- Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, training materials, and project reports.‎- Support migration from legacy BIM 360 / Autodesk platforms where required.‎- Support integration of ACC with other project systems and digital delivery platforms where required.‎- Stay updated on Autodesk Construction Cloud features, workflows, and industry best practices.‎‎Requirements‎‎- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, IT, or a related field.‎- 3–6+ years of experience in BIM, construction technology, digital delivery, application support, or ACC implementation.‎- Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).‎- Good working knowledge of Autodesk Docs, BIM Collaborate, BIM Collaborate Pro, and Autodesk Build.‎- Practical experience with Revit and Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.‎- Good understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) concepts, document control, BIM workflows, and information management.‎- Experience in ACC project setup, configuration, administration, and user management.‎- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.‎- Good communication and client-facing skills.‎- Experience conducting user training, demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.‎- UAE/GCC construction, engineering, or infrastructure project experience is preferred.‎‎Preferred Skills‎‎- Autodesk Construction Cloud implementation‎- ACC project administration and configuration‎- BIM coordination and collaboration‎- CDE and document management‎- BIM standards and workflows‎- Autodesk platform administration‎- Construction project workflows‎- Client consultation and technical support‎- Revit and Navisworks‎- BIM 360 / ACC migration‎- User training and technical demonstrations‎- Digital construction and information management‎‎What We’re Looking For‎‎We are looking for a technically strong and client-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between construction workflows, BIM processes, and technology platforms.
