They arecurrently looking for an experienced Technical Support professional with a Civil or Structural Engineering background to support customers using advanced engineering analysis software.Job Profile for Structural Applications EngineerProvide technical guidance and support to users of structural engineering softwareAssist customers with modelling, analysis workflows, and Eurocode-based design questionsTroubleshoot technical issues related to software use and engineering applicationsDeliver training sessions, webinars, demonstrations, and onboarding for new usersSupport implementation of software into engineering workflowsAct as a bridge between customers and Product/R&D teamsGather user feedback and translate it into product improvement inputDevelop deep expertise in structural software solutions and applicationsCandidate Profile for Structural Applications EngineerMust be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spokenExperience in structural engineering, engineering software support, applications engineering, or technical consultingExperience with structural or engineering software (e.g. SCIA, RFEM, Tekla, Autodesk Robot,SAP2000, ETABS, MatrixFrame)Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetComfortable explaining technical concepts to both engineers and non-engineersWhat Our Client OffersMonthly salary that can go up to € 4500 gpm.30 vacation daysPension schemeTravel allowanceCompany parkingHybrid work settingGrowth and development opportunitiesPlease note: Candidates may be required to present references and diplomas, and have a background check
