Application Engineer – Junior LevelLocation: Lincolnshire, ILSalary: $60,000–$110,000/yearLanguage: Korean & EnglishDepartment: IT / EngineeringAbout the RoleOur client, a global manufacturer of electrical and industrial automation products, is seeking a Junior Application Engineer to provide technical support and assist customers with product selection and applications.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via phone and email.Assist with product selection, cross-referencing, and troubleshooting.Support VFD, HMI, and electrical product applications.Develop technical documentation and knowledge-base materials.Assist with product testing and warranty cases.Maintain knowledge of new products and automation technologies.RequirementsBS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.1–2 years of electrical or industrial automation experience preferred.Knowledge of PLC, VFD, HMI, Servo, Motion Control, or control networks is a plus.Strong Korean and English communication skills.Good technical writing, customer service, and organizational skills.Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.BenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)PTOShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife Insurance
