Working closely with Sales, Operations, Service, and customers, you'll ensure the correct selection, specification, and application of pumping equipment — delivering technically and commercially effective solutions.✅RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Support & ApplicationsProvide support and advice to customers, distributors, and internal sales teamsSelect and specify suitable pumps and associated equipment based on customer requirementsAssist with the preparation of technical quotations and proposalsReview customer specifications, tender documents, and technical requirementsManage processing and customer relationshipsProduct Knowledge & DevelopmentDevelop and maintain strong technical knowledge of our pump ranges, including:Sales & Customer SupportSupport internal and external sales teams with technical expertiseBuild strong relationships with customers and distributorsAssist with resolving technical queries and application challengesOperational SupportWork closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure correct product selection and availabilityLiaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical queriesMaintain accurate technical records and documentationWHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOREssentialPrevious experience within the pump industry, water industry, mechanical engineering, or a related technical environmentExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues
