Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance. Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer. Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features. Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria.
