Application Engineer- R & D

We're Hiring: Application Engineer (R&D) – HVAC ProductsAre you passionate about HVAC products, product engineering, and innovation? We are looking for a talented Application Engineer (R&D) to join our growing team and play a key role in product development, technical support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and maintain technical documentation including Catalogues, IOM Manuals, Technical Data Sheets, BOMs, Design Data, and Specifications.✅ Evaluate and support HVAC selection software and product application requirements.✅ Review customer requirements and customize products through Contract Review Forms (CRF).✅ Drive product improvements, cost optimization, and new product development initiatives.✅ Coordinate engineering work orders and ensure technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.✅ Provide technical support to Sales, Production, Quality, and After-Sales teams.✅ Support product certifications, compliance activities, and testing requirements.✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Requirements
