Position Title: Application Owner – ERP & Finance Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands across UAE and International countriesJob Description: -Own and manage ERP modules covering Purchase, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing, ensuring smooth and effective business operations.-Translate business requirements into ERP solutions while managing ERP vendors, project scope, delivery, SLAs, upgrades, and change governance.-Drive ERP data accuracy and reporting reliability, ensuring system integrity and supporting continuous improvement of ERP processes and functionality.-Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams across different time zones, while supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirementsQualifications: -Strong understanding of seasonal business models, including fashion buying, merchandising, inventory, and sales cycles.-Hands-on functional ERP expertise, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, rather than purely project management experience.-Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams.
