The successful candidate will be required to follow regular procedures to ensure all the tasks are delivered as per schedule.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteriaPrepare detailed project plans, schedules, effort estimates, and budgetsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgetsManage project dependencies, risks, & issues; drive mitigation plansStakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholdersCommunicate project progress, risks, and escalations through regular status reportsManage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfactionTeam & Resource ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate project teams including developers, QA, analysts, and vendorsAllocate resources effectively and resolve resource conflictsConduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedbackGovernance & Quality AssuranceEnsure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practicesEnforce compliance with quality, security, & regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizationFinancial & Commercial ManagementTrack project costs, effort utilization, and profitabilityManage change requests and project varianceSupport pre‑sales activities including estimations, proposals, and risk assessmentsKey Competencies & Behavioural SkillsStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem‑solving abilityHigh ownership, accountability, and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesCustomer‑centric mindset with business acumenFunctionalStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery modelsRisk management, issue resolution, and decision‑makingStakeholder communication and expectation managementBudgeting, forecasting, and financial trackingVendor and third‑party managementDocumentation and reporting (project charters, plans, RAID logs, dashboards)Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and teams.Experience in data security, compliance, and change management processes.TechnicalStrong understanding of application architecture, integration, and cloud platforms (Azure, etc.).Familiarity with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and custom application development.Experience with project and agile management tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Trello, or similarAbility to review technical designs, identify risks, and guide technical discussionsOtherPrevious work experience with US, Australian or UK clientsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications.Experience: 8+ yearsThe position is based in Vadodara and is a work-from-office role. .Salary Range : As per market standards, plus Medical and Accidental Insurance, Paid Leaves and HolidaysIn addition to having superior technical skills, you will need to be able to understand internal and external clients’ requests and respond quickly and effectively.
