This full-time, on-site role in Qesm El Maadi involves overseeing application architecture, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring robust integration of large language models (LLMs) and AI services into existing systems. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and supervising a team of developers and technical specialists. The supervisor will monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, implement enhancements, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering development projects from planning to production.- Design and maintain scalable software architecture.- Supervise, mentor, and support the development team.- Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices.- Oversee AI/LLM integration into software products.- Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and system performance.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.- Drive continuous improvement and technology innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.- Knowledge of React or Angular.- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English.
