This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications, with a focus on integrating AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The supervisor leads a technical team, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and managing application lifecycle activities such as deployment, monitoring, and optimization. The role also involves coordinating with support teams to resolve complex issues, mentoring team members through training and coaching, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Xceed’s technology landscape.
