Application senior supervisor Position ( AI / LLM & .Net ) 6+ years experience

Xceed also maintains robust operational standards, holding several global certifications in business continuity, quality, health and safety, environmental management, and information security.Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI / LLM & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of AI-driven and .NET-based applications that support Xceed’s business operations. The role involves supervising a technical team, assigning tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards for AI models and application development. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and coordinating with infrastructure and support teams to ensure application stability and performance. The Application Senior Supervisor will oversee integration of LLM and AI components into existing systems, manage releases and deployments, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments. The role also includes mentoring team members, conducting technical training, preparing documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.- Knowledge of React or Angular.- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English.
